Managing Big Emotions
Join us on Tuesday evenings from 4 to 6 pm to learn evidence-based skills. Our group is delivered in person at 1550 Laperriere Ave (Revel Academy School).
Understand and manage big emotions
Be more mindful and present in everyday life and on hard days
Decrease big emotions in relationships with friends and family
Effectively communicate needs and boundaries while maintaining relationships
Each 2-hour group session is $162 and invoices will be provided for insurance purposes upon payment receipt.
